Step-Up Night
Will my child learn multiplication tables in third grade? Will she gain experience in taking standardized tests
in the Oldest Group? At what grade does homework begin? Does the music program offer opportunities
for individual instrument instruction? These are just a few of the questions you can get answers to at
Step Up & Specials Night.
At Step Up & Specials Night a display of student
work in the Grace Rotzel Center represents the recent work of all grades and disciplines.
Specials teachers and classroom teachers give presentations informing parents
about what happens in grades beyond their child's current level. This event is a wonderful opportunity
for parents to learn about the developmental milestones students reach at the different grade/group levels
and how our curriculum supports this growth. It also enables parents to get to know teachers across grades
