Farm-to-Fork Kitchen Manager

Hilary joined SRV in 2022 and has a BS in Business Administration from Drexel University and an MES in Sustainability from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining SRV, Hilary worked at Vela Restaurant in Doylestown and, before that, in IKEA’s Food Logistics Services department. In her spare time Hilary enjoys going on long walks in the Wissahickon with her fiancé and their two dogs, experimenting with new recipes, and watching and playing sports.
