Elsi brings a love of cooking, hospitality, and community to her role as Farm-to-Fork Kitchen Assistant at The School in Rose Valley. She is passionate about creating nourishing food and especially enjoys preparing traditional Latin American dishes. Elsi believes that food made with love is one of the best ways to care for others and is grateful for the opportunity to support the Farm-to-Fork program and help nourish the school community each day.
