At The School in Rose Valley, Wellness is a core part of who we are, a daily practice that nurtures both body and mind. Our approach goes beyond physical education to include health, movement, mindfulness, and the sheer joy of play. We believe that when children feel strong, balanced, and cared for, they are ready to learn, grow, and thrive.
Our Wellness Program, offered to students in Kindergarten through Sixth Grade, helps children build the skills, knowledge, and habits essential for lifelong well-being. Through games, discussions, and hands-on experiences, students explore the many dimensions of health: physical, emotional, and social.
