Our school day begins promptly at 8:15 am, with classrooms opening at 8:10 am. However, for families who need an earlier start, we offer the Pre-Day program from 7:30 to 8:10 am. During Pre-Day, students are supervised by an experienced teacher, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
SRV After 3 is our afternoon program, available from 3:00 to 6:00 pm on all school days. The program is charged at $12 per hour, billed in convenient 15-minute increments.
After a full day of school, children have time to slow down, enjoy a snack, and spend time with friends. Afternoons include plenty of free play, with opportunities for children to choose what interests them, whether they are playing outdoors, building, creating, reading, enjoying games, or simply spending time with one another. Teachers also introduce occasional activities, projects, and experiences that add variety to the afternoon while giving children plenty of room to follow their own interests.

For families needing extra support on vacation days, Parent-Teacher Conference days, or Staff Development days, we offer Vacation Care. This program is open to all SRV students, providing flexible scheduling with half-day and full-day options. Vacation Care is filled with fun, free play, and often includes special activities like cooking and art projects.
Our Winter & Spring Camps provide enriching activities for students during week-long school breaks. Camps are open to all! You don’t have to be an SRV student to attend.

Our Enrichment Classes give students from Preschool through Sixth Grade the chance to dive into interests beyond the school day. Offered in the fall, winter, and spring, each enrichment class runs for seven weeks and meets once a week at the end of the school day, from 3:15-4:15pm.
Offerings change each season and are designed to be hands-on, engaging, and rooted in curiosity and learning by doing. Past classes have included exploring cuisines from around the world in Cooking Class, earning badges in Nature Scouts, developing a magical world in Dungeons & Dragons, jewelry making, and more. Led by SRV faculty and community members, Enrichment Classes give students a fun and meaningful way to build skills, connect with others, and spend time doing something they enjoy.
