Anne Lord - The School in Rose Valley

Anne is a graduate of Strath Haven High School and spent her childhood and early adult years living in Swarthmore. After attending Simmons College in Boston, she moved to New York City, where she lived and worked for 12 years. Following the birth of her daughter, Anne returned to Swarthmore to be closer to family.

After moving home, she went back to school to earn her teaching certification and a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Before joining The School in Rose Valley, Anne worked at The Springfield Literacy Center and Wallingford Elementary School, then served as a building substitute at SRV. In 2022, she transitioned into her current role as Administrative Assistant.
