Tony serves as the Director of the Office of Program Management and Project Oversight for the Philadelphia office of the Federal Transit Administration, an agency within the U.S. Department of Transportation that sets public transit policy and provides funding and oversight for providers such as SEPTA. Tony has been a member of the SRV community since 2021 when he and his partner Mary DiCarlantonio moved to Swarthmore from South Philadelphia with their children Harvey (10), Stanley (6), and Darcy (3). Stanley is in Primary Circle and Darcy is in the Youngest Group at SRV. This is Tony’s first year on the SRV Board of Trustees and he chairs the Campus Committee.
